Licensing & Artificial Intelligence Policy

All voiceover recordings, performances, and related materials are licensed solely for the specific project and usage outlined in the original agreement. Any use beyond the agreed scope; including reuse, adaptation, or distribution requires prior written approval.

The use of any portion of recorded audio for artificial intelligence purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, voice cloning, synthetic or “digital double” creation, machine learning, text-to-speech, or speech-to-speech technologies. No recording may be used to simulate, replicate, or recreate the voice or likeness of the talent in any form.

Audio files may not be sold, shared, transferred, sublicensed, or provided to third parties for AI-related purposes without explicit knowledge and written consent. Clients may not enter into agreements on behalf of the talent that permit such usage.

Clients agree to take reasonable, good-faith measures to protect all audio files from unauthorized access. When files are stored digitally or in the cloud, appropriate safeguards such as encryption or current security protections must be used to prevent misuse.

Any use outside of these terms requires written authorization and may be subject to additional licensing fees.
